- Paracetamol
- Sports Drink (for afterwards)

- Sun screen
- Banana
Beside Bed
- Snap pants
- Cycling shorts
- Running shoes w/ insole
- Heart rate monitor
- Singlet
- Jersey
- Beanie (if cold)
Race Prep (Morning - at venue)
- Apply sun screen
- Check air pressure in bike tires
- Clean sunglasses
- Straighten gloves
- Watch - warm up & Auto pause off
