To install foo_title:

1. Copy dotnet_title.dll and foo_managedWrapper.dll to C:\Program Files (x86)\foobar2000\components.
2. Copy the directory foo_title to C:\Users\stephen\AppData\Roaming\foobar2000.
3. Copy the TGR skin to C:\Documents and Settings\sh0863\Application Data\foobar2000\foo_title.
4. In Foobar2000, Preferences → foo_title → Misc tab → Turn the Normal opacity down a bit and set Fade length to about 241
