Alternative Trimmer Head

Note 1: Trimmer will not start with choke on (up).
Note 2: Turn choke off (down) as soon as it starts.

1. Switch on handle to '1'.
2. Choke on full (up).
3. Pull on starter, 3 or 4 times or until it splutters.
4. Choke on half.
5. Pull on starter, 3 or 4 times or until it starts.
6. Choke off (down).
7. Pull on starter.
8. If it won't start, try opening the throttle.

1. Remove the Line Squisher Screw with Allen key - standard thread.
2. Remove the line.
3. Insert a grunty screwdriver through line holes in part A.
4. Use vice grips with inner tube on part B.
5. Unscrew part A from part B - reverse thread.
6. Remove part A.
7. Insert Allen key through the hole in cap, through part C, and into the bit inside to prevent part C from turning.
8. Unscrew locking nut inside part B - reverse thread.
9. Remove locking nut and washer.
