====== CV Conversion Process ======

  - Save in ''docx'' format.
  - Take to work.
  - Open in Word.
  - Select all and set the langage to English (New Zealand).
  - Fix the bullet points:
    - Find the first one.
    - Put the cursor on the first line.
    - Click the Bullets button twice - once to remove the crap bullets and once more to apply the default bullets.
    - Right click the line and select Paragraph...
    - Set the following values in the Indentation section:
      * Left: 0.06 cm
      * Right: 0.01 cm
      * Special: Hanging
      * By: 0.36 cm
    - Click Ok.
    - Copy the style (Ctrl + Shift + C).
    - Paste the style to all the other bullets (Ctrl + Shift + V).
  - Project Example: PR&D Application Enhancement -> Fix description style.
  - Check spelling and grammar.
  - Save as ''doc'' format.
